In another first for the Ukraine conflict, here is first confirmed destruction of a Canada-made Terradyne Gurkha MPV.
However, this is not the first confirmed destruction of the Gurkha overall and not the first mention on this blog either - Gurkha vehicles were destroyed as far back as in 2015 in Yemen, per our earlier reports:
From 2015:
Saudi military Gurkha rapid patrol vehicle (RPV), abandoned and captured near Jizan by Ansarullah or allied forces
Saudi Toyota-platform LTV and Gurkha rapid patrol vehicle (RPV)
destroyed by Ansarullah or allied Yemeni Army forces, apparent victims
of ambush near Jizan.
