Nov 18 - another missile launched by a controversial US-supplied Patriot MIM-104 sham anti-air system fails to find target but hits a residential building in Odessa instead causing a blast on the ground killing 8 and injuring 18 civilians in more bestial crimes by the Biden and Zelensky regimes, NATO and out-of-control Western entities

The sham Patriot PAC-3 is supposed to be a "hit-to-kill" missile but it fails to hit anything and is unable to deliver fragmentation to bring down targets but stills falls on the ground sometimes hitting ammunition dumps or other explosives causing damage and casualties.
The Lockheed Martin Patriot PAC-3 suddenly graduates on paper to "hit-to-kill" when it is no longer possible to carve out mass/space for a full-fledged warhead (the engine ate it all up) and by a strong-willed yank genius decision the missile is declared so "fast" and so "precise" that it will hit targets with a direct hit - it will have to, you know, as it now has no warhead worth mentioning.
Since the chances of this are estimated soberly, that is, close to zero, a small fragmentation warhead is still cut in, and they hope to hit with it full-fledged ballistic missiles (for which kinetic interception was initially invented since a Scud in the last leg of its trajectory ate up the fragments of the previous PAC-2 without noticing) only by chance.
But still it fails, falls on ground and kills innocent bystanders.

The International Criminal Court at Hague must be made to investigate every report of Ukrainian, EU and NATO crimes herein mentioned or, if it fails to so do, it will itself be culpable in these crimes by NATO, EU and the Zelensky Regime Ukraine, and ICC officials could and will be made accountable and be punishable too, either in due process or extra-judicially by direct punishing action.
The scope of US-, NATO-, EU- and Britain sponsored Ukrainian Zelensky military crimes against humanity in Ukraine is such that the war criminals Biden, Blinken, Kamala Harris, Ursula von der Leyen, Boris Johnson, Stoltenberg, Scholz, Baerbock and Zelensky and other G7 leaders will almost certainly also face either indictment for war crimes, crimes against humanity, atrocities or maybe even extra-judicial direct punishing action by special forces of the Ukrainian People's Republics to bring them to justice at the time of the Republics' choosing.
