Per credible reports, April 22, 2022, a battalion-size force of the NATO trained Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU / SZU) may have optimistically attempted offensive action in Kharkov region close to border with Russia with probable aims to cross same which however resulted in a rout of a Ukrainian mechanized convoy and a hasty retreat of the remaining forces leaving behind a number of their dead comrades and destroyed armor.
