Nowhere to hide on the little islands, except the missile is air-launched so may be launched from a lot closer (but still far enough to be safe), very little time to hide too... but then London is only 5% ethnic english, 15% british and 25% white so maybe the Anglo ruling elites secretly WANT Russia to nuke it... in that case Russia must not oblige!
Anyway... time for Britain to leave NATO and do an about-face, but first surrender the fat fart Boris "Bloody" Johnson and give him up to Russia to be tortured there for the rest of his natural life span which can’t be very long now..
