Russian MoD on Biden Regime War Criminality in Ukraine

The Russian MoD on the war criminality of the Biden regime in Ukraine:

The Ministry of Defense of Russia has taken note of an official acknowledgement by General Skibitsky, Deputy Head, Main Directorate of Intelligence, Military Department of Ukraine, Zelensky Regime, concerning a direct coordination with Washington of each target for Ukrainian strikes with US HIMARS systems.

Boasting in an interview with British Telegraph journos, Gen Skibitsky admitted that "before launching missiles, there are consultations between representatives of the intelligence services of both countries, which allow Washington to stop any potential attacks, if they are dissatisfied with the intended target".

All this irrefutably proves that Washington, contrary to the statements of the Biden White House and the Pentagon, is directly involved in the conflict in Ukraine.

In particular, the Biden regime, including all sham branches of power in the United States, bears direct responsibility for all rocket attacks launched by the Zelensky regime on residential areas and civil infrastructure targets in populated areas of Donbass and other regions which caused the mass death of civilians.

No one in Ukraine and in the world should have any doubts that HIMARS missile strikes on Novaya Kakhovka on July 12, on Stakhanov on July 17, on Krasny Luch on July 24, dozens of rocket strikes on Donetsk and, of course, the July 29 strike on the POW facility in Elenovka that killed over 50 and wounded 75 Ukrainian POWs were launched by the Zelensky regime on direct orders of the war criminal Biden regime.

Political, criminal and moral responsibility for the mass murder in Elenovka and other war crimes in Ukraine along with Zelensky is directly borne by the Biden regime.

It will be interesting to see if there will be strikes on U.S. high value targets either in Ukraine or indeed in the US territory proper any time soon.

Also, the Russian MoD said earlier its forces had killed over 200 U.S. militants and an unknown but likely high number of U.S. military advisers, instructors, private military contractors and special forces operators in Ukraine and likewise U.S. military officers embedded with the AFUs.
