Some members of the notorious Azov Battalion ("natbat") of the Armed Forces of Ukraine seem to have graduated from some British run Junior NCO courses.
And some other courses too.
However this seems unlikely to have helped them much at Mariupol even though for most of the time they outnumbered the opposing forces as this has been an unusual aspect of this campaign so far where the "attacked" outnumber the "attackers".
These are claimed to be part of a list of Azov Battalion irrecoverable manpower losses for the first two weeks of action only.
But the last few days must have been especially brutal for them as their resistance at Mariupol seems to have been broken and they have been driven to where there are no more civilians to hide behind.
