Of course Joe Biden is all he seems to be - completely demented, incapacitated, and certifiably insane for reason of dotage... and everything else BUT that doesn’t preclude him from running the country!
It is not he - or any president - who is running or who will be running the country- it is the ruling elites that do that.
And it’s been the situation for quite some time and for a number of presidents.
George “Dubya” Bush Junior didn’t do much of his own running of the country.
Neither did Obama who was the lame duck from the beginning and to the end.
Maybe Presidents like Roosevelt and Truman did personably run the country, but beginning at the latest with the second-term Alzheimer’s sufferer Reagan the incumbent president doesn’t do much in the way of running the country except signing orders and what not prepared for him, voicing the decisions taken for him by the ruling party apparatuses and the ruling elites - plutocratic ruling elites controlling the United States.
In this way a corpse could run the United States and maybe be the best president ever if the elites don’t mess up (but the have now).
So it’s not a problem if Biden goes completely bonkers or dies in office.

In fact, it’s Biden’s inner circle that is preventing him from standing down as they realise and know full well it will mean political death for them and quite possibly a real one for the select few., or jail time... or suicide before testimony.
