Per reports, the Ukrainian Navy command ship Donbass has been struck... UPD. could have been set on fire by Azov Reg. members themselves, AFU, per other reports.
Seeing as it is docked at Mariupol, could have served as a command post for Azov regiment and other Ukrainian forces commanders, and possibly foreign advisors and/or military instructors.
