A field day for Ukrainian Tu-141 UAVs.
One is shot down in Russia's Crimea.
Another one crashes in Zagreb, capital of Croatia, late at night yesterday.
The Tu-141 UAV is a 1970s Soviet reconnaissance drone pressed into service by Ukraine.
There is already a wikipedia article on the incident.
Which, among other things, shows either non-existence or a total unpreparedness of @NATO air defense in Europe #nato what if it was a missile, stray or otherwise? It could have just easily flown into Brussels and fall on Nato hq https://t.co/NIvpkWzPqI

One take is that, while Nato has some allegedly capable air force in Europe, the pact has next to nothing in the way of land-based anti-aircraft capability.
