Scuttled at Pier Hetman Sahaidachny

Scuttled and sunk in shallow waters Ukrainian frigate Hetman Sahaidachny.

Doesn't look like it's beyond salvaging and repairing. 

But maybe not worth the cost, better sold for scrap.
